Sometimes the lure of Lady Luck can be a little too much for some. Throwing caution to the wind, some find she embraces them with open arms. Meanwhile, others find she delivers a firm slap to the cheek, then dumps a flute of champagne over their head. For those of us who fall into the latter category, there's always KBar. Located close to all the gaming action, this bar is a way station of sorts, allowing you to cool your heels and regain your composure.

The smoky green and amber decor has a kind of comforting vibe to it. It's kind of like that comfy chair in your grandfather's sitting room; the one he would sit in while reading you stories from an old leather-bound book. It's no wonder, then, that people tend to gravitate here to sit and chat, knocking back a few drinks before heading back out into the slaughterhouse ? oops, that should be ?gaming floor'.

Cocktails range from the classic to the house-designed. With discount prices during happy hour (every day!), the opportunity to double your usual Margarita intake becomes more than just a dream here. Beers include Stella, VB, Coopers, Guinness, Carlton Draught, plus a whole lot more boutique varieties by the bottle. Naturally, as nearly every bar here is stocked with the same liquor, all your favourite spirits and champagnes are at hand, and all at casino prices.
